       - Security Interviews -

 

1.  The Security Interview / Investigation is an alternative to polygraph testing when a theft has occurred at a business.  It will identify those em-ployees who are a security risk and who could be involved in the current or future theft problems. It is given by a licensed, regulated, Private Investiga-tor with many years of experience in the art and science of interviewing, criminal investigations and polygraph testing.

2.  A Pre-employment Security Interview / Investigation can provide you with an educated opinon about your applicant's past behavior.  It is the best way to minimuze risk when hiring, whether looking for new production workers, middle managers, sales reps, or executives. The goal of the interview is to obtain a security clearance for the job applicant.  The final report given to the employer will be one of the following opinions:

     a)  A security clearance is given.

     b)  A security clearance is given, but he / she             should be closely monitored for 90 days                 due to minor problems in his / her back-                  ground.  These problems should not                   exempt them from employment.

     c)  I am unable to give a security clearance at             this time.

3.  Promotional Interviews - What kind of person are you thinking of promoting?  Maybe his or her past work performance looks good but they are now seeking a new position which will demand high integrity and trustworthiness as the main qualification.  Our interview will help you make that judgment.
